Manila, Philippines, Wayu Energy Pte, Ltd. announces the signing, by Philippine subsidiaries, of a term loan facility with BDO Unibank, Inc. to refinance a 13.1 MW portfolio of rooftop solar projects. The portfolio includes projects on the rooftops of the following shopping malls across the Philippines: Metro Central Mall, SM Butuan, SM Bataan, SM General Santos, SM Iloilo, SM Bacolod, SM Cagayan de Oro Downtown, SM Cebu and SM Consolacion.
