Singapore, Singapore, Wayu Energy Pte, Ltd. (“Wayu”) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of 80% of its share capital by Kaffee Energy Limited (“Kaffee”) from Nala Renewables Limited (“Nala”), making Wayu a fully-owned subsidiary of Kaffee.
Going forward Wayu will be focussing its activities exclusively in the Philippines where it currently holds a portfolio of 14 MW of operational C&I projects, 138 MW of utility-scale projects in late-stage development and a mid-term identified pipeline of over 700MW of projects across Solar, Wind and BESS assets.
